We thank you for stopping by our website. What an odd name for a church right? Our name comes from Proverbs 8:35, "For whoever finds me finds life...". Our purpose at Wisdom's Call is the belief that whoever has Jesus has eternal life.

Who Are We
We are non-denominational Spirit filled church that God has planted here in Gonzales, Louisiana. We desire to glorify God by allowing him to change us each and every day by conforming us to the Lord Jesus Christ.
The bible teaches us that God interacts in one of four ways with mankind, reconciliation, sanctification, good works and bringing us home. We here at WCF follow this with our whole heart.
We are active in evangelism by living what we believe in our families, workplaces and communities. We are also centered discipleship where we grow in our walk with the Lord, thus preparing us for what God has called us to do. Then having the opportunity to walk in ministry that God has called us into, all the while longing for and keeping our eye on the day that we shall see the one who loves us so, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We are very active in both supporting and involvement in both domestic and international missions.
What We Believe
That the bible is the inspired word of God and is the final authority on doctrine, on living out the Christian life, of the organization and discipline of the church.
There is One God, eternally existent in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost.
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, was sinless, his miracles, his vicarious and atoning death, his resurrection, his ascension to the right hand of the Father, his second coming in power and glory to reign for one thousand years.
The blessed hope - the rapture
The only way to be cleansed of sin is through repentance and faith in the blood of Christ which was shed on Calvary
Regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
That the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides divine healing in response to the prayer of faith.
The Baptism of Holy Ghost and that it is given to believers who ask.
In Sanctification, that through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost, that he gives us the spiritual power to live holy lives.
In the Resurrection of the Dead, the Righteous for eternal life and the Unjust for eternal condemnation.
Our Pastors
Pastor Gene and Kim Gayle have been married since January 1998, they have four grown children. They have served as missionaries to Peru, South America when Pastor Gene started prison ministry in Piura, Peru in March of 2001.
In 2004 God led Pastor Gene and Kim to move and become full time missionaries in Piura, Peru planting churches (Iglesia Casa de Dios). They planted a total of five churches, and in September 2012, God led them to return to the United States. Since their return to the States, the church has grown to 10 local churches. Pastor Gene is still very active in Peru as he serves on the board of directors and visits each year to conduct pastor's conferences, open air evangelism and visit the churches.
After their return to the United States, they served in a local church until God birthed the beginnings of Wisdom's Call Fellowship in June 2017 in a living room in Watson, Louisiana. In October 2022, Pastor Gene became pastor of Community Bible Fellowship in Gonzales, Louisiana. As a result, Community Bible Fellowship merged with Wisdom's Call Fellowship.
We are a Christ centered, missions minded, Holy Ghost filled church. We strive to make known the wonderful saving gospel of Jesus Christ to a hurting world, as well as equip our fellow Christians for a deeper and more purpose filled life in Christ.
